Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically required connection data. This processing supports secure and stable delivery, error analysis and prevention of misuse.

Technically necessary local storage

The choice made in the privacy panel is stored locally in the browser under the key ‘scalitect-privacy-choice’. It contains no analytics or marketing identifier and can be changed through Privacy settings or the browser.

External OpenStreetMap content

The project map loads only after an active click. This establishes a connection to OpenStreetMap and may transmit the IP address and browser information. No map-related transfer occurs before activation.

Contact form and enquiries

Information entered into the contact form is transmitted to scalitect only through your email application. We process the contact details, company information and message content you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. Required fields are marked accordingly. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Cookies and analytics

The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. External map content is loaded only after deliberate activation.

3. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

4. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is generally responsible for private-sector organisations based in Bavaria.
